Grain Prep Processing Aid is formulated with a combination of steroid saponins that have both powerful wetting and emulsifying properties. These naturally occurring compounds function in nature to rapidly transfer and help retain moisture in plant tissue. This natural dual action attacks problems with process moisture dispersion and absorption frequently encountered in high fat or oil ingredients and whole grains.
The Grain Prep Processing Aid formulation is 100% active ingredient, significantly reducing the volume of material needing to be purchased, shipped, or inventoried. This concentrated formula makes tight inventory control simple. The use rate for Grain Prep Processing Aid providing optimum activity is only 0.08 ounce per gallon of process moisture applied or 0.7 grams per liter.

All ingredients in the formulation are “generally regarded as safe” for both human and animal consumption. There are no safety restrictions in the use of Grain Prep Processing Aid nor is an MSDS required since all the ingredients are classed as food and feed materials.
